All catering orders are managed exclusively by our Catering Department. Please contact us via email or leave a voicemail. We do not accept orders or changes via text message.

  • Office Hours: Monday–Friday (9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.) and Saturday (9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.). Closed Sundays.
  • Standard Timeline: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for catering orders.
  • Last-Minute Requests: If you need lunch for your group on short notice, we can often accommodate pick-up orders with a 2-hour notice, depending on current volume.

  • Pick-up: Minimum for 5 people.
  • Delivery: Minimum order of $100.
  • Delivery Fees:
    • 0–15 miles: $25
    • 15–20 miles: $35
    • 20–25 miles: $45
    • Over 25 miles: Varies by distance.
    • Note: Orders over $500 are subject to an additional 5% subtotal charge. Please note that setup and service fees are subject to change.

  • Payment: We accept cash and all major credit cards. Your card will not be charged until the day of delivery.
  • Deposits: A 20% deposit is required for events that include staffing or exceed $1,000.
  • Invoicing: You will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of placing your order. A physical receipt will be provided upon pick-up or delivered with your order.
  • Tips: Delivery fees do not include gratuity; tipping is at your discretion.

We understand plans change. Please submit all cancellation requests via email or voicemail:

  • 5+ Business days before event: Full deposit refund.
  • Within 5 business days: 50% deposit refund.
  • Day of event: No refund.

  • Capacity & Weddings: We cater events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to parties of 1,000+ guests, including weddings.
  • Changes to orders: You may increase order quantities at any time, but decreases must be made by 5:00 P.M. the day before your event.
  • Staffing & Rentals: We offer staffing for large-scale events or additional rental needs.
